Snowshoe Safari under the full Moon

Meeting at the Laajavuori ski center a little before 6 p.m. After the initial briefing, we will go into the forest. We move at a leisurely pace, partly off the trails. After about an hour to an hour and a half, we arrive at the campfire, where we enjoy our picnic lunch. Warm juice is provided. 

The participation fee includes guide services, snowshoes, juice serving.

You can take a headlamp, but please use it judiciously, because the moonlight is what you want to enjoy. The guide gives additional instructions.

The trip is the day before the night of the full moon, which is predicted to be bright moonlight and a starry sky. Presumably, the temperature will drop significantly during the trip. We recommend layering according to the weather and high-top shoes. You can put a seat pad and your own drink in the backpack for the duration of the movement.

Participation fee includes the guide, snowshoe, and warm drink.

You may bring a headlamp with, but we ask to use it with concern as we aim to enjoy the moonlight. The Guide will give more information about this.

Clear sky is forecast until the night before full moon. The temperature will decrease significantly during the event. We recommend layered clothing, according to the weather and boots, which cover high the ankle. In the backpack you can put your seating pad and warm drink for the move.
