• Long distance adults (race series and fitness series): approx. 9–13 km, juniors (race series and fitness series): approx. 2–3 km
• 200m Sprint
• Technical race

Board length

• Competition series adults: max. 14'
• Race series juniors: max. 12.6'
• Fitness series: no board restriction

Escape strap and flotation vest

• Long journey, adults: escape harness mandatory and life jacket recommended.
• Long journey, juniors: escape harness mandatory and life jacket recommended. Children under 12 must wear a life jacket.
• In the 200 m Sprint   and Technical races, there is no escape harness or life vest compulsory, if personal supervision is organized for each underage participant.

Awards

Competition series: the best three in each sport will be awarded.

Fitness series: Raffle prizes among all participants.

Competition series adults: €60 / all three sports or €30 / sport

Competition series juniors under 16 years: €30 / all three sports or €10 / sport

Competition series juniors under 12 years: €10 / all three sports

Post-registration on site

Competition series adults: €75 / all three sports or €40 / sport

Competition series juniors under 16 years: €40 / all three sports or €15 / sport

Competition series juniors under 12 years: €20 / all three sports

Fitness series: €30 / all three sports (Aqua Raid wristband, both in advance and on site)

Membership of the Finnish SUP Association, competition license and insurance

If you want to participate in the championship series and collect Finnish SUP Cup points, the following criteria must be met:

1. The competitor must have a competition license from Suomen Melonta- ja Soutuliitto ry (SMSL). The license is acquired in the Suomisport service through your own sports account. More information:http://www.finssf.fi/tamatumat-ja-kalpiluit/kalpiluilenseni/

2. The license holder must have comprehensive accident insurance for competitive sports. The Finnish Kayaking and Rowing Association's insurance partner is Pohjola Insurance. If you don't have accident insurance yet, you can purchase Sporttiturva insurance when you buy your license.

3. The competitor must be a member of a member club under the Suomen Melonta-ja Soutuliitto ry (SMSL), for example Suomen SUP-liitto ry, and the competitor must represent this club in all competitions of the season. A competitor cannot represent a club that is not a member club of SMSL. More information:http://www.finssf.fi/jaseneksi/

Tavinsula's address is Taulumäentie 47, 40200 Jyväskylä. The parking lot is the parking lot of the education center Gradia at Taulumäentie 45. Bus no. 22 brings you almost to the gate and JYTAKSI brings you from the center at a fixed price.
